COMMISSION ORDER FORM
Kindly send an email to [email protected] with the subject of “Commission - Name/Username”**Client’s Name: **(Either IRL or username)

Type of Commission: (Please refer to my Prices and Samples list)
**Name of Character/Description: **(Include keywords, expression, pose you want your character/s, etc)
Reference Images:(Reference of your characters, color palette, may also put reference poses)—Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for client’s personal purposes. All prices are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.Commercial Work can be discussed further but the prices would depend on what the client wants.

TERMS OF SERVICE:GENERAL
>By ordering a commission you agree to the Terms of Service.
>I reserve the right to not accept your commission order without any reason or explanation.
>I have the right to alter my Term of Service at any time.ORDERING
>Client should provide clear visual references (with pictures and color palette if possible).
>Characters that are cluttered or have complex design will have an additional fee from the base payment.PAYMENT
>Payment will be accepted via PAYPAL only in USD
-Please be sure to specify that no address is needed once you proceed to the payment.
>All commissions below **50USD **must be paid in FULL up front.
>All commissions over 50USD must be paid at least HALF up front.
-A deposit of half the commission price must be paid up front and the second half must be paid after all the sketches have been approved.
>Do not send any payment until I am ready to work on your commission.
> I will send an invoice once I am ready to begin drawing
>I will start working on your commission once the payment has been received on my end.
> There will be NO refunds with the exception of certain cases.
-If I am the one who cancels your commission for a reason or another you will of course get a full refund.PROCESS & ALTERATIONS
>A finished sketch will be provided for confirmation before proceeding to the final lineart and coloring.
>Revisions, if there are any, will be done after I show the sketch.
-Nothing too major with the alterations (mostly regarding the pose plus if there are other small details client wants to add)
>After the sketch has been approved, I won’t make any more alterations.
-I will show the coloring progress if client asks for it
>You may asks for a deadline, however please keep in mind that you will be charged extra (rush fee) as I will skip other commissions to work on yours. Depending on the deadline, rush fee will be charged up to 50% of the original commission price.
>Client can choose between a plain white or colored background or a transparent background
-detailed background may cost an additional fee
>The finished art will be sent through email or client’s preferred way. Note that there is no physical product.USAGE RIGHTS
>Client may use commission for any personal uses such as profile icon, forum signatures, page decoration, and so on.
>Client MAY NOT use commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to make profit, UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE.
>Client may repost the artwork ordered with proper credit and a link back to my Instagram depending on where you’re reposting.
>Client IS NOT allowed to take credit for the art in any way or retrace it.
>I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use it in any way I see fit. (Reposting, promoting myself, etc)USAGE RIGHTS FOR COMMERCIAL USE
>A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price
>With commercial rights, Client is allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
> Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
